Job summary

Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Nurse license is required.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Prior nursing experience and/or experience with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health care services for persons receiving services.
• Make nursing assessments and diagnoses.
• Work with the Interdisciplinary Team to achieve positive health outcomes.
