Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic in Vancouver, WA is hiring a Part-time Nurse Advice RN to manage calls, assess patient needs, educate, and document accurately. The position shifts include 4:00pm–8:00pm, with on-site training during daytime hours.

Potential off-site work after successful on-site training, requiring residence in Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR and reliable home internet. Active WA (and possibly OR) RN licensure, BLS, and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license required or meeting multi-state licensure within 60 days.
• Active WA license within 60 days of hire or transfer if using multi-state licensure.
• Oregon RN license within 90 days of hire or transfer.
• Current Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in acute care, ambulatory area, or tele-health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients via calls and messages.
• Educate patients and assist with appointments and testing.
• Prioritize urgent messages while maintaining quality standards.
