Job summary

University of Maryland, Baltimore is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead the Maryland Abortion and Reproductive Clinical Health (MARCH) Program's clinical training operations. This 50% FTE role will direct curriculum, simulation-based education, trainee experiences, and site readiness across a statewide program.

The position requires a Master's in Nursing or Doctorate in Nursing with current national NP certification and Maryland licensure, plus experience in clinical leadership and program

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing or Doctorate in Nursing required.
• Current national certification from AANP/NCB or equivalent required.
• Maryland RN/APRN license or state-equivalent license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical training curricula and simulation-based education.
• Lead trainee-site matching and ensure training site readiness.
• Monitor training quality, outcomes, and program evaluation.
• Serve as clinical liaison among leadership, sites, faculty, and trainees.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance.
