Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Massachusetts is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe appropriate treatments, document care, and collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic services.

This 10-hour weekly role offers flexible scheduling (two mornings per week) and the chance to contribute to evidence-based MAT in a supportive, outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Primary specialty in Family Medicine/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Psychiatry.
• DEA Certificate of Registration with ability to schedule 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5.
• Enrollment for Medicaid/Medicare credentials or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals.
• Will perform injections.
