Job summary

Crossroads, a leader in MAT for opioid use disorder, seeks a part-time Nurse Practitioner for our Lynchburg outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, prescribe appropriate medications, and coordinate care with clinic staff while maintaining comprehensive medical documentation.

Targeted hours are 2 days per week (8 hours total); may involve injections and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Active NP license in-state, Medicaid/Medicare credentials, and experience in addiction

Qualifications

• Experience in addiction medicine or treating patients with OUD is preferred.
• Active, unrestricted NP license to practice in the state of practice.
• Must be eligible for Medicaid and Medicare credentials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients and referrals as needed.
• Perform injections as part of treatment.
