Qualifikationen

• Experience leading non-profit fundraising and grant management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to oversee financial and operational aspects.
• Strategic leadership and board collaboration experience.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making, time-management skills.
• Proficiency with common tools (Excel, Google Workspace, MailChimp, Square, Wix) is desirable.

• Lead development activities to achieve revenue goals through grants and donor cultivation.
• Advance fundraising goals via Colorado Gives, major gifts, membership, and corporate partnerships.
• Oversee donor management systems and marketing/communications processes.
• Prepare annual budget, monitor cash flow, and ensure IRS 990 filing compliance.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for the organization.
• Support board meetings with reports on fundraising status and operations.
• Contribute to strategic planning and alignment with multi-year plan.
• Recruit and manage volunteers and engage with community partners.
