Job summary

Hours average 25 per week with flexible scheduling; salary range is $38,000 to $45,000 depending on experience. This exempt, non-supervisory position emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience, including AP, AR, GL, and financial statement prep.
• Experience with account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Experience with enterprise-level accounting systems and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare internal financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Track grant funding and manage fund accounting for programs.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
