Rutgers University–New Brunswick seeks a part-time non-credit Online Development professional to design and deliver high-quality online curriculum for the Professional Science Masters program. You will create engaging modules and record video presentations for professional learners, aligning content with current science and industry practices.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and graduate-level teaching experience, with the ability to develop concise, learner-centered online modules

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related field is required or relevant industry experience.
Doctorate degrees are preferred.
Prior graduate-level teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Research current curricula and professional practice standards to identify materials for short non-credit modules.
Design and develop online instructional materials for science professionals and continuing education learners.
Prepare and record online video presentations (length/scheduling may vary).
Ensure content supports self-paced, instructor-facilitated, and short-format non-credit courses.
