Responsibilities

• Create, update, and revise course content for non‑credit courses in NJ government-related areas.
• Deliver engaging instruction to adult learners and collaborate with the Center's Instructional Designer to optimize Canvas LMS courses.
• Develop multimedia course materials, provide guidance to students, and respond to inquiries outside scheduled class times.
• Contribute to course design and technical implementation to ensure high-quality online learning experiences across listed programs.
• Support and maintain online learning tools and platforms used in Rutgers Center for Government Services courses.
