Qualifications

• Current RN license issued in Oregon is required.
• BLS certification must be current.
• Two years of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly evaluate patients by taking vitals and performing assessments.
• Create individualized care plans including medications and wound care.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Clean and dress wounds and initiate IV fluids.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and social workers for coordinated care.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
