Doctors Medical Center of Modesto is seeking a Part Time Night Shift Manager to lead the 3 South/Telemetry unit. You will coordinate care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure patient safety in a dynamic acute care environment.

Qualifications include California RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and 3–5 years of acute care experience. This role reports to the Director of Patient Care Services and requires strong managerial communication.

Qualifications

• Three to five years acute care experience or equivalent.
• RN license with California registration.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to patients during the designated shift using nursing processes and leadership skills.
• Assess unit staffing needs and collaborate with Staffing Coordinator and Nurse Director to ensure patient needs are met.
• Report to the Director of Patient Care Services on shift operations and patient care quality.
