Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan license as an Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop Care Plans; document findings.
• Perform rounds with physician; monitor symptoms and reactions to treatment.
• Administer medications and communicate changes to the care team.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate daily resident care and reporting.
