Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for overnight coverage from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. in Delaware.

The role involves direct nursing care, resident assessments, and supervising day-to-day nursing activities for staff. Compensation is hourly, reflecting the part-time schedule. Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in long-term care or related settings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current RN license.
• At least 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assist in training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per federal, state, and local standards.
• Lead and demonstrate Monarch Communities' mission in service delivery.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
