Job summary

Monarch Communities seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time night shift from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. at Brandywine Senior Living, a Monarch Communities community.

The role includes direct nursing care, resident assessments, and supervising care staff to ensure compliant, quality care for residents. The ideal candidate holds a Nursing degree with active RN license, at least two years in long-term care or related settings, and proficiency with medications and basic computer applications.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current RN license.
• At least 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s or other dementias.
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office) with ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assist in training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per federal, state, local standards.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
