Job summary
Regency Oaks is seeking a dedicated RN for Skilled Nursing to provide compassionate care to residents in a 24/7 senior living environment. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
- Delegate, supervise, and support CNAs in care delivery.
