Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient progress.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the charge nurse or physician.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care.
