Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a registered nurse to oversee a group of patients using the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic and efficient care. You will work within a coordinated team including physicians, staff, other departments and the patient’s family while complying with relevant regulations.

Qualified candidates hold a California RN license, BLS certification, and meet site-specific requirements such as the LA City Fire Card.

Qualifications

• Must have CA RN license and BLS certification; Fire Card may be required for PHGSH site.
• Demonstrated communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and computer skills.
• Experience through graduate program, internship or initial nursing practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic, efficient patient care.
• Deliver individualized care within a coordinated team approach with physicians, staff, other departments and patient families.
