Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process for an assigned group of patients.
• Perform CLIA-waived testing and point-of-care testing as needed.
• Delegate tasks and supervise care team members.
• Communicate with patients, families and care team; document accurately.
• Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning.
• Administer medications per policies; maintain safety and readiness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other disciplines in care planning.
