Job summary

Diley Ridge Medical Center, part of Trinity Health, is seeking experienced registered nurses to join our night shift team in Canal Winchester, Ohio. You will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a collaborative environment, focusing on emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients.

Responsibilities include patient care delivery, communication with the care team, medication administration, and education coordination, with emphasis on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS required or to be completed in first year.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits service excellence in daily patient care.
• Delivers patient care using the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Delegates tasks to co-workers and supervises support staff.
• Communicates clinical information to the care team and families.
• Coordinates patient and family education.
• Identifies discharge needs and completes handoffs.
• Administers medications per policies; initiates emergency procedures.
• Collaborates with physicians and other health professionals.
• Documents accurately in the chart; ensures regulatory readiness.
