Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for the Cardiac unit on a part-time night schedule. The role focuses on safe, competent nursing care in line with hospital policies and patient-centered care philosophy.

Nurses provide leadership to the healthcare team and uphold service excellence in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should hold an active Florida nursing license, current BLS certification, and preferably ACLS/NRP/PIH/PALS depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Preference for 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time experience in acute care.
• Unit-specific certifications required at start date: ACLS, NRP, NIH, PALS, CPI where applicable.
