Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for the Medical Cardiac unit. This part-time, day-shift role provides safe, compassionate nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and patient-centered care principles.

The ideal candidate will hold a Florida RN license (or compact) and BLS, with ACLS/PALS certifications as required by units. Prior acute care experience is preferred; clinical leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Prefer one year, full-time or 3 years, part-time experience in acute care setting.
• Certifications required at start date: ACLS for all units (except nursery); NRP for Women's Center; NIH in ICU/PCU; PALS and CPI in ER/ PACU as specified.
