Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Medical Cardiac unit for part-time day shifts. Responsible for delivering safe, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards.

Required NLN-approved RN program, Florida license, and BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required based on unit. Two to three business days for manager review. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association BLS at time of hire.
• Current Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Prefer 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time experience in acute care.
• ACLS within start date for all units (New grads within 90 days).
• NRP for Women’s Center within 90 days for start date.
