Job summary

Sterling Kohler is looking for an Overnight Custodian to join our detail-oriented custodial team. This position is essential in maintaining the beauty and charm of our resort. Ideal candidates should be prepared to work part-time hours primarily between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, and will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, including maintaining floor coverings, furnishings, and public restrooms.

We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $14.50 to $21.70, influenced by factors such as candidate's education and work location, along with a benefits package inclusive of health, vision, dental, and 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds and be on feet for most shifts.
• Availability for overnight and weekend hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
• Maintain furnishings and fixtures in the hotel.
• Clean public area restrooms and employee meal areas.
• Collect garbage in and around the building.
• Clean selected resort food & beverage outlets.
