Job summary

Kohler Co. is hiring an Overnight Custodian for the Kohler Water Spa location in Kohler, Wisconsin. This on-site role keeps the building and grounds clean to Kohler's quality standards, including floors, furnishings, restrooms, and entrances.

You must be able to lift and stretch, pass training, and be prepared for night shifts 9:30 pm to 6:00 am, weekends, and weather conditions. Authorization to work in the US is required; compensation ranges from $14.50 to $21.70 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Training provided prior to working independently.
• Must fulfill training criteria successfully.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
• Clean and maintain furnishings, fixtures and windows.
• Clean and maintain restroom and locker facilities.
• Clean office areas as assigned.
• Ensure inside and outside entrances are debris-free.
• Perform outdoor duties in varying weather conditions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Custodial Services Coordinator.
• Report building defects to Custodial Services Coordinator.
