Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures of the department.
• Ability to communicate professionally with patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors and report to clinical staff.
• Maintain daily schedules and transport times.
• Provide patient observation rounds and monitor activities.
• Assist with therapy groups and document sessions.
• Oversee safe patient transport between facilities.
