Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish boundaries and build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and communicate significant observations to clinical staff.
• Follow reporting and communication guidelines with staff and patients.
• Complete daily paperwork and logs accurately.
• Maintain daily schedules and structure around transport, meals, and program times.
• Monitor patients during shift and participate in treatment milieu activities.
• Assist with activities and groups and document outcomes per policy.
• Support patient safety and well-being and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Transport patients safely to and from the facility.
