UF Health in Gainesville, FL is seeking a part-time Critical Care Technician to assist with or provide direct patient care during 7:00pm–7:00am shifts, 36 hours per week. The role focuses on compassionate, respectful care for assigned patients under supervision, with various qualifications considered depending on credentials.

Qualified candidates may include EMTs, Paramedics, CNAs, PCAs, or nursing students who have completed relevant coursework and are in approved programs; NCLEX status

Qualificações

• Licensed EMT or Paramedic preferred.
• CNA or PCA with 1 year of patient care experience preferred.
• Nursing students in approved programs may be considered.
• Current employees awaiting NCLEX authorization up to 90 days post-graduation may apply.
• Current employees who have not passed NCLEX within 6 months may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with or independently provide direct patient care as assigned by Manager/Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrate compassion, caring and respect in all interactions.

Formação académica

Licensed EMT or Paramedic

CNA or PCA with 1 year patient care experience

Nursing student in approved program

NCLEX candidate (awaiting authorization)

NCLEX; unsuccessful attempt (if applicable)
