Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Site Observation in Fontana, CA. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to work across automotive facilities, applying strong customer service and security procedures.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and deter incidents, manage access points, and document observations.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred and licensing requirements per state.
• Background checks and drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Experience in loss prevention or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and manage visitor, contractor, and delivery check-ins.
• Document observations and communicate findings to site leadership.
