Job summary

Parkwood Behavioral Health System, a UHS facility, is seeking an RN House Supervisor to oversee nursing care on a designated unit during night shifts. This part-time position emphasizes safe, compassionate care and effective team leadership in a 148-bed inpatient setting in Desoto County, MS.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, Mississippi RN license (or multi-state), current CPR/BLS, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Mississippi RN license (or multi-state) required/approved.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Experience in supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing processes and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of nursing care by professional and support staff on a designated unit.
• Oversee 12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) on Fridays and Saturdays.
