Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, TX is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for Labor and Delivery on a night shift. This part-time staff position provides direct patient care and supports high-quality obstetric services.

You will assess, plan, implement and coordinate nursing care per the nursing process, supervise staff as needed, and ensure safety and compliance with hospital policies. Requires RN license, CPR, and 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of Acute Care RN experience.
• CPR certification (AHA BLS); ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis.
• Supervise staff and coordinate patient care within the unit.
• Administer medications safely and per hospital policy; ensure safety and quality of care.
