Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Trans Mountain Campus in El Paso for a full-time night shift. You will provide direct clinical care, coordinate patient plans, and support safety and quality initiatives across the unit.

This role requires strong nursing fundamentals, LICENSURE, and a willingness to participate in ongoing professional development within a supportive Tenet Healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care on assigned unit per shift.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care.
• Supervise staff as delegated to support safe nursing care.
• Administer medications per hospital policy and safety standards.
• Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and follow Hospital incident command procedures when needed.
• Comply with hospital policies, codes, and infection control practices.
