Job summary

Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center - Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a part-time Respiratory Therapist to join the night shift team. The role involves initiating, monitoring, and weaning invasive and non-invasive ventilation, performing planned therapies, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program and hold WI/IL RCP licensure, CPR, and NRP as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• CPR certification required; NRP within 90 days of orientation for applicable departments.
• WI or IL Respiratory Care Practitioner license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine therapies to support cardiopulmonary status.
• Initiate, monitor, and wean invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
• Document care in EMR and departmental records; provide patient/family education.
