Augusta Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Part Time LPN or RN for our NOC Shift. You will provide professional nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents within an environment that values compassion and teamwork.

The role requires a valid Wisconsin LPN or RN license, strong clinical skills, dependable attendance, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive healthcare team. Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other team members.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
