Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required.
• Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course completed.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial, ongoing and functional health status assessments.
• Documents planned nursing interventions and coordinates care plans.
• Evaluates response to interventions and revises plan of care as needed.
• Delegates tasks to unlicensed staff and monitors execution and outcomes.
• Participates in process improvement and ensures patient safety and quality of care.
