Job Summary Details:

The Part-time Night Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Schedule: Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Location: 4403 Pasadena Frwy, Pasadena, TX 77503

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify Manager of repairs or building system needs
• Establish effective communication with clients and team members
• Adhere to safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash bins
• Perform seasonal tasks like snow removal, lawn care
• Clean and service restrooms
