Job Summary Details:

The Part-time Night Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management of repairs or system issues
• Establish effective communication with clients and team members
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash containers
• Perform seasonal tasks like snow removal and yard work
• Clean and service restrooms

This role is suitable for those entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. ABM values military experience and encourages veterans to apply. Military Occupational Specialty Codes include 92S, 92Y, LS, DC.
