Job summary

Mammoth Mountain seeks an overnight Guest Services Associate to greet and register guests, sell rooms and monitor hotel activity. You will serve as Manager-on-Duty overnight, ensuring smooth operations across the night shift and addressing emergencies as needed.

Requirements include a high school graduate with basic business office training or equivalent, and at least 6 months of experience in public or guest relations service.

A Little About This Position

• Greets, registers Guests, and sells rooms available in inventory. Monitors Hotel activity, serving as Manager-on-Duty overnight.
• Responsible for coordination of any emergency situations. Typical schedule is 11:00pm to 7:30am.

Requirements

• High school graduate with general business office training or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in public or guest relations service.

Hourly pay rate: $21.00 to $22.50 plus overnight differential
