Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to operate computer systems and POS software.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in cash handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand guest service needs and exceed expectations.
• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs in a friendly manner.
• Interact with guests in the lobby and provide a warm welcome.
• Balance the day's charges and post room and tax activities.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure accuracy of accounts.
• Run end-of-day processes in the PMS.
