The Night Auditor will handle switchboard duties, reservations, and data entry, ensuring accurate guest billing and city ledger postings. This role supports front desk operations with a customer‑centric approach during overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; one year of progressive hotel experience preferred.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Sedentary work with light physical effort.
• Late/Overnight shift.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and compile management reports.
• Perform guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard duties.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare daily operating and month-end reports.
• Audit Front Desk and F&B cashier work; reconcile credit cards.
• Input and update financial information into corporate network.
• Walk property at night to ensure security.
• Respond to guest requests and maintain guest satisfaction.
