Job summary

• Flexible and long hours may be required.
• Sedentary work – light force for occasional objects.
• Late/Overnight shift.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling hotel cashier transactions and reviewing management reports.
• Ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily/monthly reports.
• Perform guest service duties (check-in/check-out, reservations, switchboard).
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and F&B cashier activity and credit cards.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate issues to management.
