You will handle check-ins/outs, reconcile nightly revenue, prepare pertinent reports, and assist guests with needs while ensuring security and adherence to hotel policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting or hospitality training preferred.
• Experience in front desk or night audit is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle inquiries.
• Manage reservations and guest information in the system.
• Assist with wake-up calls, room changes and amenities.
• Conduct detailed night audit of transactions and reconcile revenue.
• Prepare and distribute reports (Night Audit, Revenue, Occupancy).
• Close daily financial activities and generate Daily Flash Report.
• Maintain security and respond to emergencies.
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures.
