Maya Hotels is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor for Aloft Mooresville Lake Norman to manage front desk operations, nightly accounting, and guest services. Responsibilities include check-in/out, nightly audit, and cash handling in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with hospitality or accounting exposure, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or accounting background preferred.
• Experience in front office operations or night audit is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsabilités

• Check-in/out processes performed efficiently with accuracy.
• Audit nightly financials, reconcile revenue, and prepare reports.
• Maintain guest ledgers and handle cash and card transactions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure security and safety during night hours.
