Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and guest check-in/out processes.
• Conduct detailed night audit, reconcile daily revenue and prepare reports.
• Maintain financial records, process invoices, and assist with month-end close.
• Ensure security and safety of guests and property during night shift.
• Follow company policies, ethics, and safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
