Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior housekeeping exposure preferred but not required; training provided.
• Communication: Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Flexibility: Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel common areas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with guest room prep, replenish linens, and ensure rooms meet standards.
• Handle supplies, inventory, and report shortages to supervisor.
• Support housekeeping team with trash removal and cart organization.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.
