Compass Group, North America is hiring a Milk Tech (Part-Time) for Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, IN. The role supports NICU nutrition services and menu planning under supervision.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree or current pursuit in clinical healthcare; hospital experience preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet-system tools; 19 USD per hour with 4-hour shifts. This position is on-site with benefits for associates.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or currently pursuing a degree in clinical healthcare.
• One year of hospital experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, electronic medical record and diet office systems; strong nutrient analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietitian with patient data collection and nutrition screening.
• Help patients complete menu selections.
• Follow the Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies; ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Train and mentor patient services staff and interns as applicable.
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs and Quality Assurance initiatives.
