St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a NICU Milk Tech/Clinical Assistant (NMT) for our Edgewood NICU. The role focuses on preparing and delivering infant feedings with rotations across day, evening, night and weekends. The position is PRN with 32 hours biweekly, night shift 7P-7A.

The NMT works within the Maternal Child Health Nursing Division, ensuring safe preparation methods and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced NICU environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Milk Technician Competency completed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver all infant feedings in the NICU.
• Work day/evening and night shifts with weekend rotation.
• Follow safe sanitary preparation methods and documentation practices.
• Provide compassionate care and professional interaction with patients, families, visitors and staff.
