Compass Group USA is hiring a Milk Runner (Part-Time) to join the NICU team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, IN. The role supports dietitians with data collection, nutrition screening, and menu planning while ensuring compliance with clinical policies and HIPAA guidelines.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or is pursuing one in healthcare, plus hospital experience. This position offers 4-hour shifts with a focus on accuracy, patient care, and teamwork within TouchPoint Support

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or currently obtaining a degree in clinical healthcare.
• One (1) year of hospital experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, EMR and diet software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietitian with patient data collection and nutrition screening.
• Help patients complete menu selections.
• Follow the Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies.
• Comply with regulatory standards including HIPAA and patient rights.
• Train and mentor staff and interns as applicable.
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs and QA/QI initiatives.
