Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current State Licensure in speech pathology is required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; good communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values in service delivery.
• Performs patient evaluations to determine problems and goals upon physician referral.
• Documents speech/language pathology treatments, assessments and evaluations in the medical record.
