Yourpurehealth is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care in a post-acute setting. This role supports direct patient evaluation, treatment planning, and family education with supervision as required by licensure and policy.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid State SLP license.
• Ability to work with a culturally diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology services in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Evaluate and treat customers within ASHA scope and licensing board.
• Develop care plans, provide patient treatment, and caregiver training.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, plan of care, and progress notes.
• Discharge planning and family training as appropriate.
• Schedule and manage caseload to meet productivity standards.
