Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with therapies to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders, following physician orders.
• Work as a member of a Speech-Language Pathology team providing support and information.
• Provide therapy services in locations including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state license/certification
• Prefer minimum one year of rehabilitation experience
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
• Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in referral therapy discipline
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
